Limousine Services offers transportation for any occasion. Please do not hesitate to call with any Question
you should have.
Q-Where do we meet our driver at the airport?
A-Always
at the bottom of the escalator, near baggage claim at the terminal you arrive in.
Q-What if my flight is delayed?
A-You may call to let us know, but if you find yourself in a position that you can’t, Not to worry we
have the ability to track your flight to know when you will arrive. Flights are delayed and cancelled all the time and although
this is stressful to the traveler it is something we handle on a daily basis.
Q-How do we pay for our transportation?
A-We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Cash. At the end of each trip you may pay the driver. The
driver cannot accept checks. You may want to pay for your travel for both ways on your way out, however we have found that
flights change or your plans can change so it is better for everyone to pay as you go. We also have many corporate accounts
for those who travel frequently. If this is something you feel would work for you just give us a call and we will gladly get
you all set up. Take the hastle out of business travel by having a billing account or a credit card on file. It is hard enough
to have to go away all the time and this will eliminate that “one more thing” for you to worry about.
Q-How far in advance should we reserve a car?
A-It is best to reserve your car when you finalize your travel plans, However we do last minute transportation
all the time. We understand things change all the time and we do what we can to accommodate that change. From one hour to
one year it is never to early or never to late!
Q-How far do you travel?
A-As far as you need to go. Whatever you need to do we can do it.
Q-How many people can fit in a towncar?
A- 3 people, 4 with a child.
Q-How many people can be transported to the airport in a Limousine.
A-6-7 depending on how long you are going for and how much luggage you have. We can help you figure out the
best way for your party to travel.
Q-What color Towncars do you have?
A-White, Ivory, Black, and Silver
Q-What color Limos do you have?
A-We have all White Super stretch Lincolns
Q-Do you have any “Specialty” Limos?
A-No but we can refer you to reputable companies in the area that do.
Q-Do you offer “Special Services”?
A-We offer many. Our drivers take pride in what they do and do it because they enjoy it. From driving you into
the city for a doctors appointment and waiting for you, to making sure your special event goes well, to being at the airport
when your flight arrives two hours late. No job is too big or too small. Our drivers are both professional and personable
and most of all flexible.
Q-Is there any occasion you won’t drive for?
A- No
Q-Do you have smoking and non-smoking cars?
A-Yes, we have both
Q-Can we rent a Towncar for a long period of time?
A-Yes, the car can be available for as long as you need it.
Q-Do you do weddings?
A-Yes, they are one of our specialties. You will find that your chauffeur will be a welcome addition to your
bridal party. They are there to help you handle all of your needs on your special day. From helping you to not forget the
things you need with you, to hiding you before the ceremony, to helping you move your day along the way you need it done.
You may be surprised afterward at just how helpful your driver was. They know how stressful wedding are and are there to ease
you mind.
Q-What will the driver wear for a wedding?
A-He will be in a formal tuxedo. White gloves are available on request.
Q-Are there Questions I should consider when booking my wedding transportation?
A-Absolutely, This is a day that you want no surprises! Give us a call and our staff can point you in the right
direction for any of your special needs. We will share with you “must ask” questions to get you started on choosing
the best transportation for you.
Q-Will we need a deposit to hold our Limousine?
A-We require a non-refundable deposit for Weddings and Proms.
Q-How much is that deposit?
A-$100 per car.
Q-How many people fit in your Limousines?
A-They are 10 passenger cars, however for weddings we suggest 8 fit comfortably.
This does not apply to airport transportation.
Q-What comes in the Limo?
A-a variety of sodas and water, along with bagged snacks.
Q-Do you supply Ice?
A-Yes there are Ice bins in the car as well as coolers for the trunk.
Q-Do you supply alcohol?
A-We are not allowed to supply it but you may bring whatever you like.
Q-Do you supply glasses?
A-Yes, all of our limos have flute and rocks glasses.
Q-Do you have a corkscrew?
A-Yes, all of our chauffeurs have a “drivers survival” kit and this most definitetly includes a
corkscrew.
Q-What is in the “driver survival” kit?
A-We can’t tell you that but we can say that they Always expect the unexpected and do whatever possible
to handle the situation!
Q-Do I have to share my car to the airport with other passengers?
A-No, we are a door to door service. Whether you want to get some work done or just relax your car is just
for you.
